Privacy Policy
Our Discord bot requires certain Channel IDs, User IDs, and Message IDs to be stored in order for most of its features to work properly. Rest assured that these values are only read by the bot itself and are not accessed by our team unless given permission. These values are publicly available, and we do NOT store any sensitive information about you. Additionally, we do not store Message Content itself, but rather forward it to different channels when necessary (for features such as the starboard and phone channel). If you wish to opt out of this, simply disable the features. By running any feature disable command, all data associated with it will be deleted. However, please note that we will NOT be able to recover any lost data. So, if you plan on disabling features, please proceed with caution.
Terms of Service
To maintain a safe and enjoyable community for everyone, any violation of our Terms of Service will result in a permanent ban from accessing any of our bots. We reserve the right to update this policy in the future. By using our bot, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Spam
It is strictly prohibited to use our bots for the purpose of spamming and/or raiding other servers. Usage of our bot to spam servers, as well as spamming our bot's features, is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Discord ToS & Privacy Policy
Using our bot to circumvent or violate Discord's Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy is strictly prohibited. It is important to familiarize yourself with Discord's policies and guidelines which can be found at: https://discord.com/terms
Impersonation
Using Lightny to impersonate Lightny or others is strictly prohibited. Creating a replica of Lightny or impersonating others using Lightny is not allowed and will result in permanent blacklisting of both you and your server from using Lightny.
Product
Using our bot for the purpose of advertising products or direct messaging others with advertising intent is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to promoting Discord invite links, NFT projects, or any other products.
Privacy & Illegal Activity
Using our bot to engage in or promote any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to hacking, distributing illegal content, and any other activity that violates local, national, or international laws. Additionally, using our bot to expose or DOX anyone is also strictly prohibited. We take these matters very seriously and any violations will result in immediate termination of bot access.
Targeting & Bullying
Using our bot to engage in bullying, harassment, or targeting of any individual is strictly prohibited. This includes using our bot to send hateful comments to users via direct messages or posting hateful comments about others publicly. While we allow the use of our bot for jokes, it should not target or harm any specific individual or group.
